Our Process
Creating something unique that connects you with users takes the right blend of strategy, creativity, and expertise. Our four-step Consensus Process, used by top global brands, helps expand and amplify engagement.
1. Understand
First, we learn about your goals. These are conversations to find out what you want to accomplish and the potential challenges on the way. Talking is as low-risk as it gets, so we’ll make sure to do as much as is needed before moving forward.
“Understanding happens in iterations. Having a shared mental model and staying aligned keeps a project on track.”
2. Explore
With a clear understanding of the end goal, we’ll explore all of the different ways to get there. Some simple, some outlandish, some you might not even be aware of as possibilities. Together, we’ll imagine the end-user experience and align on what direction makes sense.
“Exploration in design is how we get a wide range of inspiring ideas and make sure we avoid compromise or rushed decisions.”
3. Define
With a clear direction in mind, we’ll dive into user flows, wireframes, and low-code prototypes to validate the intended experience is working as planned. We’ll fine-tune to ensure that the design and development process aligns perfectly with your vision.
“Clearly defining a digital experience allow everyone’s vision to align.”
4. Build
Once there’s consensus on functionality and design, we get to work on development, gathering feedback and making adjustments along the way. As we hit milestones, we’ll move through progressive stages from demo to testing to launch and transform vision into reality.
“With our capabilities and knowledge of hardware components and software environments we can build experiences without the multi-million dollar budget.”
